Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY TIMES

 For delivery of dresses, please allow 10 - 14 working days** following the date your order is placed.   For Countries outside of the United Kingdom, please allow up to 28 working days. A signature will be required on delivery.

** Working days are Monday to Friday. Please be aware that some of our items are made to order and are on a  longer dispatch time . This will be displayed on the sales page  If the estimated delivery time is not suitable, please notify us within 3 working days of placing your order and we will arrange to cancel your order .      

If you have not received your item within the times stated above, please contact us or send an email to contactbelleboutiqueuk@gmail.com .  We will respond within 48 hours.  

Please note that at certain times of year, there may be a slightly longer dispatch time (for example Christmas and New Year)  Please check the message on the Home Page of our website for any changes to dispatch times. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you will be happy with your item.  However, if for any reason you are not, we will gladly assist you with a prompt return. We offer a money back guarantee on eligible items . (See below for full details)

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AS THEY ARE MADE TO YOUR SPECIFIC MEASUREMENTS. (Custom made items are items that you have purchased that are made to your individual measurement requirements and you have sent us your measurements - they are NOT standard sizes from the drop down lists on the sales pages).  

Easy Returns

* In order to qualify for a return, you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery either by using the *Contact Us* button on the website or by sending an email to us

** Please send an email to contactbelleboutiqueuk@gmail.com to advise us of your wish to return an item. Complete the Returns Form that will be enclosed with your order (or place a note in with your return with your name, address and reason for return)  and return to Belle Boutique UK, 8 Chapel Avenue, Brownhills, Walsall,   WS8 7NT.

***We will happily refund the purchase price of the dress within 14 working days of us receiving the item back.  Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility.
 

Exchanges/Returns

Your 100% satisfaction with our product is our number one priority. If you receive a product and need to exchange it for a different size, style or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and follow the instructions below. We will be glad to assist you in handling your exchange. 

We will be happy to send any replacement dress for a different colour or size, etc  The original order will need to be returned by following the Return Procedures below. We will refund or adjust the original payment (excluding shipping) towards the exchange, once the original items are returned and the proper procedures are followed.
 

Refunds

We will gladly refund any eligible items purchased. Upon receipt of the returned items we will refund your money in full  . Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility. The guidelines below must be followed)
 

Returns Procedure

(The following information excludes custom made items (where you have requested an item be made to your specific measurements and have sent us your measurements) as these are non-returnable.

To return an item please ensure the items are carefully folded and securely packaged. When returning the item, please complete and enclose the returns form that will be sent with your item (or please put a note in your returned parcel with your name address and reaso for return) - failure to do this may result in a delay in refunding or exchanging your items.  Please note that you will have to pay for postage for your returns parcel and this is non-refundable.

*NOTE: We recommend you returning the item by a trackable means of postage. This is to ensure that you can track that the package was safely delivered to us. You may use any other shipping method but it is always recommended to use the one which provides tracking of your shipment.

Upon receipt of the returned items in the condition described below we will refund the original item price within 14 working days of receipt.  If paying by debit or credit card, please allow time for clearance back to your original payment method.  

All returned merchandise must meet the following guidelines or they will be returned to the customer at their expense:

1. Merchandise must be in unworn, undamaged,  with all original tags attached.
All dresses are thoroughly inspected for any sign of being worn including; smoke or food odour, pet hair and damage to the fabric. If the dress arrives back in an unsaleable condition, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

2. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged in transit because they were incorrectly packaged. If you have not paid the correct postage on a returned parcel resulting in us having to make a payment to the Post Office or Courier, then we will deduct the amount paid from the refund due.

3. Please note, that we do not accept returns outside of the 14 day returns period.
